The paper is published bimonthly and is distributed in public and private establishments by authorized dealers only.

Topics include, but are not limited to, Health & Fitness, Business and Finance, Family Life, Home and Garden, Travel and Dining.

Content: Contributors purchase space to present sponsored editorials (articles) that are educational. Space may also be purchased for traditional print ads. Rates are the same for either type of content submitted.

Advertising Rates are based on camera-ready artwork. Copy is generally 800 words per full page (using a 12-point font). Photos need to be 300 dpi. All half tones should be 85-line screen. We are unable to guarantee the results of reverses, burns and fine print. Ads rarely float and will generally be re-bordered to fit the correct size.

Camera-ready art is accepted in pdf, eps, or Adobe Illustrator formats. Photos can be saved in TIFF format with lzw compression. Ads and graphics received in Microsoft software cannot be guaranteed. Copy can be saved as a plain text or word file. Media can be received via email, on a CD ROM, DVD ROM, or floppy.

Publisher shall not be liable by reason of error, omission and/or failure to insert any part of an advertisement. Advertiser has sole responsibility for final proofing of ad and/or editorial copy. Publisher will not be liable for delay or failure in performance in publishing, and/or distribution of all or any portion if an issue is delayed or suspended for any reason.

Each issue of Chicago South Suburban Woman Newspaper™ will be distributed by the 15th of the issue date with the exception of a disaster of act of God which would prohibit production or distribution.

The publisher will exercise reasonable judgment in these instances and will make adjustments for the advertiser where and when appropriate. All submitted editorial copy may be published gratis to the publisher in any future issue of Chicago South Suburban Woman Newspaper™.
